If it is decided to transfer elementary and junior high school to Toyohashi City, or if it is decided to transfer from Toyohashi City to elementary and junior high school in another municipality, we will contact the school you are currently attending and the school you are newly attending.

1. When transferring from another municipality to an elementary or junior high school in Toyohashi City
(1) At the Citizens' Section on the 1st floor of Toyohashi City Hall or at the counter center, apply for a transfer along with the application for an address change.
(2) Go to the new school with the documents you received when you applied for the transfer and the documents you received from the previous school.

2. When transferring from Toyohashi City to an elementary or junior high school in another municipality
(1) At the Citizens' Section on the 1st floor of Toyohashi City Hall or at the counter center, apply for a transfer along with the application for an address change.
(2) Have the elementary and junior high school in Toyohashi City, where you are currently attending, prepare the necessary documents with the documents you received when you applied for the transfer.It takes time to create the document.
(3) Submit a move-in notification to the municipality you are moving to and apply for a transfer to an elementary or junior high school.

3. When transferring to an elementary or junior high school in the city
(1) At the Citizens' Section on the 1st floor of Toyohashi City Hall or at the counter center, apply for a transfer along with the application for an address change.
(2) Have the elementary and junior high school in Toyohashi City, where you are currently attending, prepare the necessary documents with the documents you received when you applied for the transfer.It takes time to create the document.
(3) Submit the required documents to the school you are moving to.
